How do you monitor and detect threats in Microsoft 365?
We provide a software that hunts for threats and reports on potential incidents to our 24x7x365 Security Operations Center (SOC). From there we work with your company to identify the issue and remediate the problem.
How do you handle backups and recovery for Microsoft 365 Data?
Our automated backups handle OneDrive, Sharepoint, Email, and Teams data. We restore data based on a Service Level Target (SLT) of 1-hour for non-critical data and 15-minutes for business critical data. Data size plays a large factor in recovery speeds but we can estimate that we can recover around 5GB of data per hour.
Can Kybr integrate with our existing tools?
Most of the time our software can integrate with your Microsoft 365 applications. During our initial assessment we will determine the integration paths and establish those connections prior to the engagement being signed.
Are there extra fees for incident response, onboarding, or additional features?
Our bespoke platform allows our clients to pick the best options for them. We do not charge for onboarding, however there can be additional charges for incident response if a client requests a lower cost support package.
